Engagements are structured to provide ongoing C-suite and Board-level leadership with direct strategic accountability, or to deliver focused governance, climate, and portfolio strategy expertise that strengthens institutional capability and enhances competitiveness in procurement—without establishing a permanent executive post.
Fractional Chief Sustainability Officer

A fractional Chief Sustainability Officer model provides experienced leadership aligned with current needs, while establishing a clear pathway to permanent executive leadership as the platform evolves.
