Experience
I am a sustainability and climate strategy executive with nearly two decades of experience operating at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure, governance, and capital markets. My work spans real estate development platforms and global engineering, construction management, and design firms, where I have consistently integrated environmental performance into governance structures, capital planning, and enterprise strategy.
At IQHQ, I served as Vice President of Sustainability & ESG, leading enterprise sustainability strategy across a global life science real estate portfolio. I built and institutionalized ESG governance frameworks, modernized disclosure architecture, and integrated climate risk and digital building performance into asset-level investment decisions. My leadership aligned sustainability strategy with investor expectations while strengthening long-term portfolio resilience.
Previously at Vanir, I guided sustainability integration across complex public and infrastructure capital programs, advising executive stakeholders on aligning environmental performance with capital planning, regulatory requirements, and multi-agency governance frameworks.
At Parsons Corporation, I delivered enterprise-level resilience and environmental advisory services across public and private sector clients, contributing to regional resilience strategy and long-term infrastructure planning under evolving climate risk conditions.
Earlier in my career at Gensler, I advised institutional clients on integrating sustainability and resilience into large-scale commercial development projects, aligning environmental strategy with capital investment and long-term asset value creation.
Across development and advisory platforms alike, my work has centered on embedding sustainability into governance and capital decision-making as a core enterprise function.
Industry Leadership & Board Service
Board and advisory roles across sustainability and resilience organizations have strengthened my governance perspective and cross sector insight. I remain actively engaged in industry dialogue shaping climate risk integration, investor expectations, and enterprise performance standards.
